The Mercy Home for Boys & Girls is hosting the annul Ringside for Mercy’s Sake event tomorrow night, October 20th. The event will be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile beginning at 6pm. Join the Adler Planetarium’s Women’s Board this Saturday, September 8th for the 2012 Celestial Ball: The Milky Way. The event will be held at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago with cocktails at 6pm and dinner at 8pm. The much-anticipated black-tie gala kicks off the autumn fundraising season with dinner, dancing, and an iBid interactive auction hosted by Events.org. You can preview the auction catalog here. Proceeds of the event will benefit the Adler Planetarium’s science education initiatives. The event has raised more than $1 million annually.
